We now ship International! Please note all international sales are final.

Shipping methods:  UPS and USPS.
For UPS GROUND delivery, a street address must be used -- no post office boxes. Shipping UPS collect on your account - please call to place your order.

For orders o
ver 201 lbs, please note there is now a freight option for shipping. Two options are available; one is for business with dock and one for business without dock. Without dock option automatically adds lift gate to cost.

 
Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note: Our credit card processor does not accept all countries. If you do not see the credit card payment method display at checkout, then we cannot accept your credit card.

PayPal Accepted: Please be sure to calculate shipping for your order before logging into your PayPal account to pay.

Check/Money Order Accepted:
Customers with existing Net 30 Day credit terms use this payment option. New Customers with no credit terms with Wagar Associates, please be aware that your order will not ship until your payment has cleared.

 

Damaged Shipments: We take great care in packing orders for shipment including such items as; double boxing, foam pads, bubble wrap and other padding materials. However, occasionally some breakage will occur during the rigors of shipper handling.

Please Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Shortages, wrong items or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.  Delays in reporting will result in decline of claim.

Please note: UPS/USPS may want to pick up/inspect the damaged shipment; it is very important that you do not discard the damaged products or the packaging it arrived in. 

Sales Tax: We charge South Carolina Sales Tax (6%) on orders billed or delivered to addresses in South Carolina.
  
Returns: Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee, first and return freight when applicable.

You must call ahead for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).  No Package will be accepted without a RMA number. We do not pay return shipping on items that you ordered incorrectly.

Merchandise will not be accepted for restock that has been purchased more than 30 days prior to return ship date.  Returned Merchandise must be in resaleable condition.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipping charges are calculated by the quantity of cartons, weight of each, your location/zip code and the shipping service and options you choose. Please note any special shipping instructions. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method and vendor for items which qualify for free shipping.
